The verdict
Our pick at PreppedPower depends on what you mean by reliable, because no brand publishes failure rates. On the public record, Anker SOLIX and BLUETTI are the cleanest: no power-station recall was found for either in our dated CPSC search, and both give five years of warranty on every model on our head-to-heads with no registration or store condition. No Jackery power-station recall was found either, but its warranty is model-specific; the Explorer v2 product pages list three plus two years while the policy’s 1000 Series tier is ambiguous, so confirm the exact model. HomePower coverage is three plus two years, the extra two are automatic only on jackery.com purchases, and the battery warranty asks you to fully charge the unit within seven days of purchase and at least every six months. EcoFlow is the one brand of the four with a CPSC power-station recall: the DELTA Max (2000) in October 2025, fixed by a free firmware update. That model is not on any of our pages. For which line-up to buy, use the head-to-heads below; each one picks a winner per type of buyer. This is based on manufacturer specs, brand warranty pages and the CPSC recall database.

Questions
What is the most reliable portable power station brand?
No brand publishes failure rates, so nobody can rank reliability directly. What is on the record: our dated CPSC searches found no power-station recall for Anker SOLIX, BLUETTI or Jackery; EcoFlow has one, the DELTA Max (2000) in October 2025, remedied with a firmware update. On warranty, Anker SOLIX and BLUETTI give five years with no conditions, EcoFlow gives five years outright on some models and three plus two on others, and Jackery coverage is model-specific, with extension and charging conditions; confirm the exact product page because the Explorer v2 and policy tiers are ambiguous. A search finding is not proof that no recall exists.
Has any power station brand been recalled?
Yes. EcoFlow recalled about 25,000 DELTA Max (2000) units, model EFD310, on October 9, 2025 (CPSC #26-010) because they can overheat and ignite. The remedy is a free firmware update. Health Canada issued the same recall. We found no power-station recall for Jackery, BLUETTI or Anker SOLIX as of 2026-10-16. Check the CPSC site for your exact model before you buy.
Is Anker SOLIX the same company that recalled power banks?
Yes. Anker recalled PowerCore power banks four times between 2023 and 2025 and an EverFrost cooler battery in 2024. None of those recalls covered a SOLIX power station.
Which brand has the best warranty?
Anker SOLIX and BLUETTI, on simplicity: five years on every model on our head-to-heads, with no registration. EcoFlow matches that on the DELTA 3, DELTA 3 Plus and DELTA Pro 3; its other DELTA 3 models get three years plus two on registration. Jackery's terms vary by model: HomePower models get three plus two, with the extra two automatic only on jackery.com purchases, and the battery warranty asks for regular full charges. The Explorer v2 product pages and the policy's 1000 Series tier disagree, so confirm the exact model before you buy.
Which brand is cheapest?
It changes with each offer and with size. Every head-to-head shows a dated station-only price and the price per rated Wh for each size-matched pair.
